New Cost Effective, Flexible, and Seamless Global AV Support Offering Features ITIL-Driven Workflows and Guaranteed Service Level Agreements

MINNEAPOLIS – JUNE 11, 2024 AVI Systems, the largest global audiovisual and unified collaboration systems integrator, today announced its new Enterprise Service Management Program designed for large organizations. The new support program features a ground-breaking consumption-based design that provides customers with a flexible, cost-effective way to get the audiovisual support needed across the entire organization’s AV estate.

“We’ve created a new way for organizations to get the day-to-day AV technology support they require at a cost they can afford,” said Chris Jamison, Director of Managed Services Solutions, AVI Systems. “Keeping the entire AV estate operating smoothly is critical in today’s modern workplace. Our Enterprise Service Management packages allow our customers to select the program that best meets their needs and fits their budget. AVI then provides the expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair any AV technologies that develop issues.”

Enterprise Service Management solutions are available in three packages:

Enterprise Service Management: Lite

Includes a designated Service Delivery Manager, 10 Tier 1 and 2 Support Service cases/incidents per month, unlimited service requests, and 25 field dispatch support calls per year.

Enterprise Service Management: Plus

In addition, at no extra cost, AVI will set up a 10-room premier VISION monitoring starter pack with innovative AWS Cloud-based monitoring service solutions.

“We recognize that IT teams need reliable, knowledgeable AV support services to ensure meeting space audiovisual solutions work just like they were designed,” said Jamison. “Our team of certified AV professionals delivers decades of experience, access to every manufacturer partner, and best-in-class support practices.
