Roland has spent his entire career at AVI Systems, joining the company as a Buyer in 1981 and assuming additional responsibilities in sales and management during his 40-plus-year career with the company. In his current role as Regional Vice President of the Central Region, he oversees sales and operations in Montana, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and South Dakota – serving organizations across every industry and every size with unparalleled audiovisual and unified collaboration solutions. Roland earned his Associate's Degree in Business from Bismarck College (Bismarck, N. Dak.).
