This year’s AVI Systems booth is centered around using technology solutions to enhance workplace experiences. Our exhibit space includes four vignettes:
The Storytelling Experience features a Jupiter 105-inch widescreen display and Story software provided by T1V. The solution demonstrates how organizations can enhance how they connect with customers and prospects in a customer experience center-style environment.
The Modern Workplace Experience features new solutions that connect with unified collaboration platforms to simplify tasks like room scheduling and hot desk reservations. In addition, these multi-platform tools include at home and workplace solutions that include managed services.
The Workplace Communication Experience focuses on new digital signage solutions designed for wayfinding and other unique messaging for employees or visitors who might be newcomers to a corporate office.
The Engagement Solutions Experience features high-end digital broadcast streaming and augmented reality solutions for executives who want to add a touch of professionalism to all-hands calls, webinars, or interviews with broadcast news outlets.

AVI Systems is proud to present InfoComm Esports Live 2.0. This experience, which was wildly popular at last year’s show, allows you to watch live as collegiate esports teams go head-to-head throughout the week right on the exhibit floor at InfoComm. The experience is centered around four key technology stages:
- Gaming stations with top-of-the-line equipment, including CORSAIR gaming PCs, Logitech peripherals, Sony inZone gaming displays and headsets, Spectrum esports desks and chairs, and more.
- Production suite featuring Vizrt live TV and media supported by Sony monitors and AJA routing and conversion equipment. This stage has everything you need to stream live, multicamera broadcasts.
- Shoutcast area tricked out for live play-by-play coverage with Spectrum furniture that houses a full gaming rig and video and audio routing from Production by AJA and QSC.
- Coaches stage where you can learn more about the business of esports and the tech behind matches.
In addition to the four stages, you’ll also have the chance to talk with AVI’s esports tech experts:
