Magenium Solutions is a Microsoft-centric IT services and solutions partner that helps organizations of all sizes increase revenue, reduce risk, and reduce costs. We specialize in workforce productivity, unified communications, enterprise mobility, Microsoft application services, and more across all industries and business functions.
The Managing Director is responsible for increasing the strategic relevance of the company, help develop and implement effective business plans that align with our growth initiatives and manage all day-to-day business functions in close coordination with our leadership team.
Additional key Focus areas:
- Responsible for managing both the sales and operational functions of the business.
- Responsible for hiring, supervising, and developing key personnel in business unit management. Also, responsible for training employees; planning, assigning, and
directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. - Work closely with leadership to ensure day-to-day operations align with the budget and business plan for consistent revenue and profit growth.
- Work on strategies to constantly improve our working relationships with Microsoft and that we’re properly utilizing their partner program.
- Helps set the strategic direction for the company with the Executive Management Team.
- Overall financial management responsibility for the business.
Professional Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- 4-year college degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of IT Management experience.
- 5-10 years plus of Microsoft ecosystem experience
- Strategic thinker with an ability to effectively align technology with our business needs.
- Previous experience managing a P&L.
- Strong people management experience, and an ability to foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
