Interactive Whiteboards
Interactive whiteboards offer some pretty cool technology. And although they are more common in schools than anywhere else, these whiteboards aren’t really whiteboards at all. Instead, they are interactive computer screens that employ touch technology to record information, and then let you save everything you record.
How They Work

Most people use them as a typical whiteboard, writing on them (but not with a dry erase pen; more like an invisible ink techno-pen).

There’s a computer attached to the board; whatever you write becomes a file that can be saved to your computer.

Interactive whiteboards also allow you to display presentations and other computer files.

Your hand acts as the mouse, allowing you to navigate through a presentation or file with the touch of your finger.

You never use markers. Therefore, you have no smudges; you never have to worry about accidental erasures; you have limitless color options; and you can automatically save anything you write on the board.
